IN THIS ROOM is a series of tiny cinematic vignettes, spinning Hopper-esque tales of surrealness in the city. In a playful twist, each piece is based around a ‘pin-up’ girl from Lou Shabner’s paintings that have featured in my film work. And several pieces drop small hints towards other stories in the same universe - suggesting an interconnection between these artworks and a wider story universe.
